Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the China Trip Plans website and the digital guides you purchase from us.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the China Trip Plans website or purchasing any product. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
China Trip Plans is an independent travel-guide project operated from Shenzhen, China. Our contact email is support@chinatripplans.com.
2. Products and access
Our guides are digital products delivered online. After a successful payment, you will receive an email with instructions to access your purchase. You are responsible for keeping your access link secure. Sharing, reselling, redistributing, or publicly posting the content is not allowed.
3. Payments
All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed by PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's terms and privacy policy as well.
4. Refunds
Refund terms are explained in our Digital Product Policy. In short: we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee, and EU/UK customers retain statutory rights unless they explicitly agree to immediate access.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, tools, code, and design — is owned by China Trip Plans or used under license. Purchasing a guide gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own travel planning. It does not give you ownership or the right to republish the material.
6. Accuracy of information
Travel rules, apps, prices, and procedures in China change quickly. We update our guides regularly and mark pages with the date they were last checked, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is current at the moment you read it. Always double-check official sources for visa, health, and entry requirements.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, China Trip Plans is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on the guide content. Your use of the site is at your own risk.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
