2 Jiuzhaigou Tickets in 2026: Prices, Seasons and the Mandatory Bus 2026 年九寨沟门票：价格、淡旺季与必须购买的观光车

Understand one thing about Jiuzhaigou tickets first: there is no such thing as a "park-only" ticket. Every visitor buys a gate ticket plus a shuttle bus — the three valleys are far too spread out to walk between. A couple of figures trip people up here. First, the ticket is date-and-person specific and valid for a single entry only. Second, the daily cap is real: on busy October days the gate sells out, and there is no walk-up option once that happens. The official notices are blunt about it, warning visitors not to believe anyone offering "low-price tickets" or "fast entry". This is the trap. The first week of October, China's National Day Golden Week, is the most crowded travel week of the year — and it lands at the earliest and palest stage of the colour change. You pay peak crowding for off-peak foliage. In 2025, tickets for several days of that holiday reportedly sold out six to nine days in advance. The off-season is the opposite trade. From 16 November to 31 March the price drops to ¥160 and the cap falls to 23,000, so the valley is quiet. The catch is the seasonal rotation: the park closes some viewpoints and boardwalks for conservation, so a handful of the lesser stops may be off-limits. Crucially, the signature sights stay open through winter: Nuorilang Waterfall, Five Flower Lake, Shuzheng Lakes and Pearl Shoal Waterfall. 4 How to Get to Jiuzhaigou from Chengdu (2026) 2026 年从成都怎么去九寨沟

Chengdu is the gateway for almost everyone, and the high-speed rail link has made the trip far easier than the old long-distance bus days. Here is the current picture.对绝大多数人来说，成都是门户，而高铁的开通让这段路比当年坐长途大巴的时代轻松太多。以下是目前的情况。

• Train: Chengdu East to Huanglongjiuzhai station takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Second-class seats run roughly ¥130 to 150; always check live fares and times on 12306. Two small things save a lot of grief. Book your rail seats as early as the window allows, because the Chengdu corridor fills fast around holidays. 5 The Y-Shaped Layout and How the Shuttle Really Works Y 字形布局，以及观光车到底怎么运行

Almost every frustration in Jiuzhaigou traces back to one misunderstanding: the shuttle is not a bus you can hop on and off in any direction. It runs a one-way loop, and the mid-valley stops are not always places where you can get back on going the way you came.在九寨沟遇到的几乎每一种沮丧，都能追溯到一个误解：观光车不是那种你随便上下、任意方向的公交。它走的是单向循环，中途的"下车点"未必等于"能原方向上车的点"。

Picture the park as a Y. The right arm is Rize Valley, home to the densest cluster of famous lakes and waterfalls. The practical consequence is the classic trap. Alight halfway up a valley for a photo, and you may find that no shuttle will carry you onward to the top. You then have to keep walking down, or ride back to Nuorilang and start again. • Mirror Lake: the reflection only appears when the water is glassy, which means no wind. Early morning is the classic window, but it fills with photographers before 08:00.
