See the kind of changes you’ll receive

Example draft: 8 days across Beijing (3 nights), Xi’an (2) and Shanghai (2). It schedules a fixed attraction soon after landing, the Terracotta Army on the Beijing–Xi’an transfer day, and a booked evening activity after arriving in Shanghai.

CHANGE BEFORE BOOKING

Move the timed visit off arrival day

The draft lands in Beijing in the morning and schedules a timed attraction that afternoon. Immigration, baggage and the airport-to-hotel transfer leave little recovery room. Move the fixed visit to the next full day; keep arrival day flexible.

CHANGE BEFORE BOOKING

Give the Terracotta Army its own day

The draft puts this visit after the intercity train to Xi’an. The museum is in Lintong, outside central Xi’an, and its official guide lists a separate route from Xi’an North. Move the visit to a dedicated day instead of stacking it onto the transfer. Official transport guidance →

MAKE FLEXIBLE

Keep Shanghai arrival evening open

The draft books a fixed evening activity after the train arrival. Keep that evening free or choose something easy to change; put the booked activity on a full day so a late arrival does not create a missed reservation.

This is a hypothetical example, not a customer itinerary or review. Exact train times, attraction opening hours and ticket availability have not been checked. A paid review flags what to verify for the traveler’s dates and links official sources where practical.

We check the parts that can derail a good-looking plan

01 · ROUTE

City order

Look for unnecessary backtracking and whether each intercity leg makes sense for your route.

02 · TIMING

Travel-day reality

Check station changes, transfer buffers, arrival time and days that try to fit in too much.

03 · FIRST STEPS

Arrival friction

Flag likely first-day pinch points around airport-to-hotel, check-in and getting connected.

Before you request a review

Do you book trains, hotels or attraction tickets?

No. This is an itinerary review only. We identify planning risks and suggest changes; you choose and make all bookings.

What should I send?

Start with your travel dates, trip length, cities in order and the main concern. A link from the free China Trip Planner is optional. If the review fits and you agree to the scope and payment terms, we’ll ask for the day-by-day draft after payment. Please do not send passport numbers, payment details, booking codes or identity documents.

When does the 24-hour delivery window begin?

After we confirm the scope, you pay the PayPal invoice, and we have the information needed to review the route. We’ll state the delivery deadline before you pay.

What if the scope or terms don’t work for me?

Do not pay the invoice. We’ll agree the scope and cancellation/refund terms in writing before requesting payment.

Can you guarantee that every route detail is current?

No. Timetables, opening days, entry rules and availability can change. We’ll identify what needs confirmation and point you to the relevant operator or official source where practical; you should re-check date-sensitive details before booking.
